OK, so if The Wars of The Roses happened between the English carmakers, which side will each automaker go? Which one’s a Lancastrian, which one’s a Yorkist?

I think Henry VII would have driven a Jag, and by some bending of truthiness Leyland Motors begat British Leyland who begat modern Jag. So Jag are sort of arguably but not really Lancastrian.
I can’t think of any Yorkshire car companies other than Ginetta.

Any allies for each?

Well Honda would be a Yorkist ally, Act of Accord is proof of that.
